This remote control is not the original remote, but it works just as well as your original remote. If you find that this remote control only works at the closest distance (e.g. <3m), maybe there is something that blocks the signals for your Apple box, like putting the box in a cabinet or cabinet or behind the TV.

Easy learning method.

1. Press and hold the "SET" button for about 3 seconds and then release it when the indicator light is on.

2. Press the "POWER" button of this remote control, the indicator light will flash.

3. Align the emitter of the original remote control with the same remote control to a diatance of 3 cm. Press and hold the "POWER" button for about 3 seconds of the original remote control. This button has been learned successfully when the indicator light flashes three times and then remains on.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 to learn other keys. Press the "SET" button to finish.

* For some special originals, if it was not copied the first time, please repeat learning the function keys several times.

* The battery level may affect the learning function, please use a brand new battery.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
