At IBSPOT, we do not offer any additional or extended product warranties beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Many of the products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product. If your item includes a manufacturer’s warranty, you will find details in the product packaging or on the manufacturer’s website.

What’s Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a limited period. They usually do not cover:

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, bulbs)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your product develops a defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period:
