Application:
1. Depending on the skin condition (dead skin, old and new callus), choose the appropriate grinding head.

2. Choose the appropriate speed depending on the skin condition (low speed for daily care, high speed for stubborn calluses).

3. Run the foot file over the skin with gentle and even pressure and avoid excessive pressure to avoid injury.

4. Clean the foot file with running water after each use.
