- What features does Xanthan gum powder have? In industry, it is designated by the symbol E415. Xanthan rubber is soluble in hot and cold water. Adding the product to food causes the calorific value of the meal to remain the same (since xanthan does not contain calories), while the volume of the meal increases, so that a meal with a higher weight can be prepared that fills the stomach better.
- How and what can you use xanthane gum for? Xanthan powder can be dissolved in cold and warm water, milk, sweet and salty liquids as well as in alcohols with a concentration of <20%. Products thickened with xanthan can be heated and frozen.

What is Xanthan rubber? Xanthan powder is a natural vegetable thickener, a gelling agent from the group of macromolecular polysaccharides. The rubber is obtained through a natural process, a controlled aerobic fermentation of carbohydrates with the help of bacteria Xanthomonas campestris.
Application and dosage of xanthan gum:
Xanthan gum is dosed as follows - per 1 kg of product.
Fermented milk drinks - less than 0.25 g.
Non-fermented milk drinks - less than 2 g.
Dessert, jelly - less than 3 g.
Tomato sauce, cottage cheese desserts, cheesecake - less than 5 g.
Fruit and vegetable creams, desserts made from dairy products - less than 6 g.
Jams, jellies and jams, fruit glazes, ice cream, low-fat processed cheese - less than 10 g.
Mixtures of butter and vegetable fats - less than 10 g.
Low-fat homogenised cheese - less than 12.5 g.
Vegetable pastes - less than 20 g.
Salad dressings, low-fat mayonnaise - less than 35 g.
The best way to thicken the product is the gradual addition of xanthan gum. This avoids too thick a consistency. However, if the mass becomes too thick, simply add liquid (water, milk, etc.) to dilute the dish. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
