Note 2: Press Numlock to enter numerical input, the LED light in the upper right corner will flash blue. Press Numlock to switch to function input, the LED light in the upper right corner will turn off.
Note 3: Low Battery Indicator: When the battery voltage is too low, the LED light in the upper right corner will flash red. Replace the battery with a new one in time
Note 4: DPI can be adjusted at 800/1200/1600DPL using side key (forward and backward key). Please note that Forward and Backward keys will not work with Mac systems
Note 5: This number key is not fully compatible with macOS systems. The function key does not work, but the numeric key part will work properly.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
