- Μετά τη διακοπή, οι αποικίες θα χαθούν μετά από 2-3 εβδομάδες, γι’ αυτό συνιστάται η συνεχής χρήση του ειδικά στα χρόνια προβλήματα.
- Σε περίπωση λήψης αντιβίωσης καλό είναι να λαμβάνεται 2 ώρες, μετά από κάθε λήψη του αντιβιοτικού, αλλά και να συνεχίσετε να το λαμβάνετε 1 φορά την ημέρα και για τουλάχιστον 1 μήνα μετά το τέλος της λήψης των αντιβιοτικών, για την αποκατάσταση της εντερικής χλωρίδας, καθώς τα αντιβιοτικά καταστρέφουν όλα τα βακτήρια αδιακρίτως (φιλικά και εχθρικά).
