In order for us to achieve this with your purchase, please read the provided shipping information below, and based on this, choose the best delivery option for your unique situation!

For USA (DOMESTIC) OPTIONS: While there are a few options to choose from, each shipping method has its PROS and CONS. When it comes down to how soon your package is expected to arrive, there are many things to consider, starting with, whether your shipping service is "Day-Definite Guaranteed". For time sensitive shipments, this is strongly recommended. Services that guarantee a day-definite delivery rarely see shipping delays, as they are eligible for a full service refund by the carrier, if they delivery your package after the time promised. See a breakdown below for the services offered under Day-Definite Guaranteed Services.

Domestic delivery options offered by Veil Entertainment are broken down by Economy, Expedited, and Day-Definite services.

Economy Shipping Options (3-6 Business Days in-transit*) is available to offer a less expensive shipping method. These services are recommended for the buyer not in a hurry to receive their order and would like a cost effective shipping option. Delivery for these service options are NOT Day-Definite Guaranteed. Any delivery dates shown for these services, whether at checkout or on your order, are ESTIMATED and for reference purpose only. Economy Services may include the following:

• USPS STANDARD/PARCEL POST/FIRST CLASS MAIL

Expedited Service Options (2-3 business Days in-transit*) are not Day-Definite Guaranteed, but are often more reliable than economy options and are higher priority orders.

• USPS PRIORITY MAIL – Please do not mistake USPS Priority Mail's estimated delivery day as a guarantee. Priority Mail service offers no delivery day guarantee, only that the package WILL be delivered. 

Day-Definite Guaranteed Service Options are the first to ship from our facility and may include the following options:

• Fedex or UPS Ground – carrier guaranteed delivery** in 3-6 business days* to most locations.
• USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS – carrier guaranteed delivery** in 1-2 business days*.
• UPS Next Day Saver, Second Day, or Express 3 Day – carrier guaranteed delivery** in 1, 2 or 3 business days* based on service option selected.

*Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Delivery time in transit starts from time of shipment, and does not include seller handling time (time to ship). See more regarding handling time below.
**Carrier guaranteed delivery shipments are guaranteed to arrive no later than their specified dates. Except in very rare instances where the carrier deems a delay out of their control (ie: weather, natural disasters etc). See carrier website for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Veil Entertainment ships Worldwide to most locations. The delivery options available and transit times may vary depending on the country we are shipping to. We handle international shipments using our own fulfillment. This helps us keep shipping costs down while offering more reliable tracking. Please read through the following for more information.

OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

ECONOMY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (8-14 business days in-transit on average, but depends on the country we are shipping to), when available, is rate calculated as USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Please be aware that we normally do not ship by this method, but use it for its inexpensive and accurate rate quote. When this option is chosen, your package will often be shipped by DHL Global Mail Packet Plus or Parcel services, and on occasion by Fedex Economy International.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (4-10 business days in-transit on average), when available, is rate calculated as USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Most locations will ship in only 4-8 business days by this method, however some few locations may take up to 10.

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business day in-transit) - May Not Appear Available to all Countries.

CANADA - Additional Ground Options:
Shipping to Canada we also offer Ground International options. This may vary between UPS Standard to Canada and Fedex Ground International, depending on whomever at the time has the better rate. This ground courier option normally delivers in 5-7 business days*.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
In Regard to Import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, etc: Fees that may require to be paid for the shipment of goods across borders or for customs processing would in most cases be included as part of the carriers shipping cost. However, in addition to these fees, if applicable, the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, etc that may be imposed on imported goods by your government. Such fees, if any exist, are often collected upon delivery. Please be aware of your countries laws for importation of goods prior to purchasing. Packages refused for delivery due to any unpaid fees is done so at the buyer’s expense.


COMBINED SHIPPING:
Available on all orders where shipping isn't already included. This way when you buy more than one item from us, you won’t overpay for shipping. In most cases, all one needs for combined shipping to be applied is to purchase items on the same order (at the same time). Just use the “Add To Cart” button, than checkout for the items at the same time for these shipping discounts to apply.
In for any reason your shipping does not appear to be combining as it should, send us a message and we can send you a combined invoice (Please don’t use the request for an invoice alone, for some reason we rarely get notice of these).

HANDLING INFO:
Our order handling (time to ship) is defined per listing and is often Same Day or 1 Business Day. Order cut-off time is 1pm MST.

Example: If it is Wednesday before cut-off when your order is placed with a 1 Business Day handling, it would ship no later than Thursday. If the order is placed after cut-off, it would roll over to the next day and would ship no later than Friday.

There are some exceptions on a per listing basis where time to ship may be longer. Check just below the “Add To Cart” and “Buy It Now” buttons for listing specific handing time exceptions.

Please do not forget to add our handling time to any carrier estimated shipping time for an accurate delivery estimation and to help select the most appropriate shipping method to receive your order by the date needed.

Please make payment within a reasonable time-frame. If you change your mind after checking out, make sure and cancel your order. We have ebay submit unpaid transactions on our behalf if an order is left abandoned as we still have to pay fees for these orders.

We accept Paypal as our primary payment method. If you do not have a Paypal account or prefer to pay by credit card, we also accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex including international cards to our merchant account.
