How to choose an Aluminum Foil Cap Liner?
1)Material: To choose the right aluminum foil gasket determine the material of the bottle mouth, such as PET, PP, PE, glass, etc. Select the aluminum foil gasket of the corresponding material.
2)Size: If the bottle has a gasket, measure the diameter of the gasket directly or measure the inner diameter of the bottle cap, or the outer diameter of the bottle mouth plusthe width of the thread.
Directions to Use
It is necessary to prepare an electromagnetic induction sealing machine. Insert the aluminum foil gasket into the bottle cap, and place the aluminum foil silver side outward. Then put the cap on the bottle mouth and tighten it. Align the center of the sensing head with the center of the bottle cap as much as possible, and tap the button switch for about 2 seconds. After opening the bottle cap, aluminum foil, and paper are separated, silver tinfoil is separated and bonded to the bottle mouth, and a white paper pad is left on the bottle cap.
