Kindly Note

  • Generally, the distance between the keypad and the control box of the gate opener should be within 10m. It is suggested to install the keypad on the same side of the control board and away from any metal structure.
  • The keypad should be mounted on a clean, solid & flat surface.
  • For clear signal transmission, please do not put the control board in a metal box. It is NOT suggested to use the keypad at signal towers, electrical substations and confined spaces. Some buildings or obstructions may affect the control range.
  • To extend the control range, it is recommended to pull the antenna out of the control box, or add an ERM12 receiver (sold separately) to the control board.
  • If the beep sound and backlight are extremely low when pressing the button or the control range decreases greatly, the batteries need to be replaced. Either disposable or rechargeable batteries can be used.
  • The keypad mounting post is NOT included.
