Garam Masala Spiced Roasted Vegetables:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, cauliflower, bell peppers, and potatoes), chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tarkeeb garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, olive oil, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the vegetables with the spices and oil.
  3. Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring once or twice during cooking for even browning.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the roasted vegetables cool slightly.
  6. Transfer the roasted vegetables to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
  7. Serve the garam masala spiced roasted vegetables as a side dish or as a filling for wraps, sandwiches, or salads.

Note: You can adjust the spice quantities according to your preference. Feel free to experiment with different vegetable combinations or add additional spices to suit your taste.
