1) Color: Please note that color hues/shades may differ very slightly from one device to the next, just like a wall of TV screens at a department store. They may all show the same "colors" but hues and shades may alter slightly from one screen or monitor to another. Please keep this in mind in case you are looking for an "exact" match to go with your other accents or decor. I cannot compare your particular screen's display to the physical product prior to shipment, so cannot guarantee that color hues & shades will be "exactly" the same as you see on your screen. Generally, however, coloration is very consistent from item to item and each item is individually inspected for color quality prior to shipping.
2) Minor material flaws: The "unseen" silver side of the sign (that goes against your wall) will usually have small imperfections like thin scratches, little dimples, smudges or blemishes. This is due to the manufacture, processing, preparation, and packaging of raw metal sheets into individual plates, with the coatings required for a printable product. It is not an indication of "quality" nor does it signify a "used" item. I do not sell used products. These minor material flaws may not be suitable for absolute perfectionists, or those with OCD. My signs and prints are indeed "top quality," and "brand new," but will have some small material flaws to the naked eye, especially on the shiny metal side.

Production, Processing, Shipping:
Every sign I sell is individually hand crafted, "on demand." Turnover time is typically 1-2 business days, and I ship USPS. Please monitor your tracking and let me know immediately if there is an obvious problem with USPS service. I sell across a range of platforms, so I do not follow tracking for every package. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. I do make every reasonable effort to produce, process, and ship as quickly as possible. The post office does not always update tracking in real time. Sometimes USPS scanning is delayed until the package(s) reach a regional sort center, which normally happens within 8-12 hours of actual shipment. If you order late Friday night, for example, and do not see a tracking update Monday morning, please do not panic. Packages do not always scan in real time. Once you have received a tracking number, your order is in process and will update shortly. In addition to holidays, please be mindful that severe weather, emergency events, and natural disasters in different parts of the country may sometimes cause temporary postal service interruptions.
Re-ship Policy: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and current shipping address. If a package is returned due to Wrong/Incomplete/Unknown/Insufficient address, and must be re-shipped, an additional shipping fee will be due, equal to the original shipping charge.
Delivery Confirmation: The purpose of tracking is to provide proof of service and delivery. To this end, all parties rely on the carrier's scans, especially the final "Delivered" scan provided by your local neighborhood/route postal person. In all cases, this proof of delivery shall be considered final. I will not refund, reship, or investigate claims of non-receipt once delivery has been confirmed by your local post office. In cases where your item has been marked "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check around your mailbox and other areas such as doors and driveways, as the package may be too large for your box. You should also ask neighbors if they erroneously received your package. Finally, you should ask your specific route postal person about your package and/or contact your local post office manager regarding the problem. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is delivered to that address, this will also be considered final.
Delivery damage: In the unlikely event (1:300) that the carrier damages your item in transit, please provide a photo of the damage. If replacement is warranted, the replacement item shall be identical to the original item ordered. Terms for replacement are determined on an individual basis.
