Inportant Note:

The stretch range of legs of the holder is limited. Please pay attention not to exceed the allowed range, or it may be damaged.

If you want to adjust shooting angle, please unscrew the screws of the holder and then screw them up when you’ve determined the angle.

Make sure the head bolt is secured when using the tripod so that the head plate will not quick release during use.

Tracking & Notifications

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
