These are brand new strings. They are not used strings or “so-called” refurbished strings. We’ve decided to sell them in “packs of three” as opposed to a package 6 or 12. This way you don’t get too many strings but yet can buy as many as you want.

 

Shipping: We’ll ship these in one of two ways: wrapped in cardboard and then placed in an envelope or in a cardboard box so this is going to be heavier than normal and heavier than you’d think. So, to the contiguous U. S. States shipping is $2.76. Shipping to all other areas is calculated at checkout.

 

International residents: Please contact your customs office or postal officials to determine what taxes or tariffs might be applied to your purchase prior to bidding.

 

Note that the newest revisions to the CITES treaty prevents us from shipping any item containing any of the species of Rosewood to an International destination.

 

Returns Policy: We do want you to be happy with your purchase. This item qualifies for our 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of your receipt date for a full refund, less our incurred shipping costs (includes ship costs that we incurred in “free shipping” listings or in subsidized shipping listings.. There is a 10% restock charge. The item must be in its original, unused condition, in its original carton and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. It must be returned by the same carrier that was used to send it to you. It the item has been used, shows any type of abuse, is returned in an incorrect carton, or is missing parts, documents or accessories a 15% restocking charge is accessed.
