Will accept returns of product for the following reasons:

2.Non-defective goods returned within 5 days
3.NOBRE OFFICE shipping errors

Your request for a return must be received within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect
sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request.
If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of defective merchandise and shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
