These RC crawler 3D printed tire inserts are designed to improve the performance of your RC truck. The material doesn’t break down in water or lose its flexibility in cold weather, unlike standard foams and other 3D printed RC tire inserts. Your RC crawler will remain planted over even the toughest terrain.
Our TPU 3D printer filament – rated at 95a – keeps the tire inserts soft and flexible but the inner ring will remain stiff. This allows you to sidewall your rig like never before, whether it’s a 1/10 RC crawler, 1/24, or even 1/6!

Here at PoptartsPrints3D, we custom modify each printer in the shop to enable a new and improved printing process. This allows for higher flow and faster speed to ensure your inserts arrive at your door sooner than others. Due to this process, you’ll never have to worry about layer separation, and each tire insert will have the right amount of flex and a rock-hard sidewall.Â
