The eye researcher Prof. Olaf Strauß of the Charité in Berlin finds that a motorist who is blinded by an oncoming vehicle can see poorly for up to 30 seconds. The human eye is simply overwhelmed by the bright LED headlights of oncoming traffic when driving at night.

Tracking & Notifications
