Please confirm your printer model before placing the order. Instruction steps: 1. Remove the protective clip on the bottom of the cartridges before installation. 2. After removing the clip, please check if there is a protective film over the cartridge head, usually it is a small green plastic strip, please carefully remove from the print head. 3. Insert the cartridge into the printer in the correct slot. For more information on changing cartridges, please refer to the instructions provided with your printer. 4. Do you get the error message 'Replace the Patrome' or 'Little Ink'? Please rub the copper contact (chip) with an eraser, or re-insert it a few times. Tips: 1. Before placing an order, you need to confirm your printer model. 2. Please remove the cover and peel off the plastic tape before installing these cartridges. (Do not touch the chip) 3. The printer screen displays "Non-original cartridge". Please just click "OK" and they will continue. 4. What happens if an error message says "REPLACE CARTRIDGES" or "LOW INK"? Wipe the copper contact (chip) with an eraser or reinstall it several times.
