Warm Notices
- Folds: It's normal for the backpack to have some folds upon arrival. You can quickly smooth these out by:
1. Stuffing the backpack with soft items like cloth.
2. Gently warming the folds with a hair dryer on warm mode for about 20 seconds and pressing them flat with your hand.
- Material Smell: A slight new material smell is normal. This will fade after airing the bag out in a well-ventilated space or using it for several days.
