The screw is made of V2A stainless steel and has been galvanised for better gliding and slightly magnetized during the manufacturing process. thread is no longer positively connected to the clamp strap. Water damage and
similar accidents are the result.
If you are looking for a reliable hose clamp, then make sure that the
Metal band of the clamp is not perforated and the entire hose clamp is included.
Tension screw is made of high-quality stainless steel. With a magnet, you can
check whether the screw is made of stainless steel or not. Is the screw strong
magnetic, then it is a galvanized iron screw. If the screw is not
magnetic, then it is most likely stainless steel.
