- SPECIFICATION - Burano is a range of double-sided coloured papers available in a selection of grammages, formats and colours. Matching envelopes in various sizes are also on offer. The 250gsm thickness is three times stiffer than a standard copy printing paper (80gsm).
- UNIQUE COLOURS – Burano collection is a series of colourful papers that reproduce the brightly painted houses on the Italian Island of Burano, after which it was named. The light-resistant colour pigments (pastels, bright to dark shades) of highest quality don’t fade and have endless decorative uses.
- PRINTABLE – Recyclable, biodegradable, acid and chlorine free, Burano cardstocks are compatible with most inkjet, laser printers and photocopiers. To ensure good drying, Burano papers should be printed with good quality semi-fresh inks. Test printing highly recommended.
- ESSENTIAL FOR CRAFTERS – Burano cardboards are versatile and can be used in: scrapbooking, cardmaking, advertising materials, book covers, invitations to: weddings, birthdays, parties, etc. Perfect for hot foil stamping, embossing, punching, die cutting, creasing and laminating. Burano paper is a fine paper dyed to size, which is suitable for a wide range of applications thanks to the use of the highest quality raw materials. Our Burano collection includes 16 different colours. The papers are available in basis weights of 90 and 250 g/m². Weight 90 g is as thick as simple standard paper and is ideal for origami, quilling, invitation inserts, brochures, stationery or envelopes. Paper in this thickness is too thin for business cards or invitation cards. Grammage 250 g is a solid paper, significantly stiffer than normal printing paper. It is ideal for all celebrations - as decoration, tickets, place cards, thank you cards, gift tags, menu cards, hang tags, book covers or folders. You can print both grammages with both an inkjet and laser printer. The quality of the prints depends on the model of the printer. That's why we recommend a test print in advance. Burano paper can be cut, bent, folded, stapled, painted, laminated, die cut and embossed.
