Orange Sweet Essential Oil is an extremely popular oil. The instantly recognisable scent is uplifting and invigorating when used in aromatherapy. When used in a diffuser, it will almost certainly bring a little sunshine to your day. Orange Sweet Essential Oil is a great choice for using in massage oil blends. Combined with a carrier oil, Orange Sweet can be used to make a citrusy, energising massage oil.
This refreshing and zesty oil is useful around the house, from household cleaning to freshening the air. Reviving and invigorating, Orange Sweet Oil will make any room smell beautiful, fresh and zesty. Thanks to its purifying and cleansing powers, this fruity oil is often used in the preparation of skincare products, toners and cleansers, especially for those people with oily skin types, leaving it cleansed, nourished and smooth. It is often used to fragrance soaps, bath bombs and candles.
You may notice that your Orange Sweet Oil has some sediment in it. Don’t worry, this is just naturally occurring waxes that help make the beautiful aroma of the oil. Our Orange Sweet Oil is cold pressed, so it retains all the wonderful nutrients of the fruit. Just remember to give the bottle a good shake before use and the sediment should disperse.
How to Use:
Dilution: Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath.
Skincare: Use Orange Sweet Oil to make your own simple facial toner by adding a few drops to Witch Hazel (#702). You can mix Orange Sweet oil with your choice of carrier oil to make your own simple face or body oil.
Massage: Use Orange Sweet Oil to make your own massage blend. We recommend Sweet Almond (#215), Grapeseed (#210) or Coconut Oil (#203).
