Notes:

1. Please note that the device is not suitable for conventional paper bags, aluminium foil packaging bags, tin foil and thick aluminium foil bags that contain oil (liquid). The speed of sealing depends on the thickness of the bag. The thinner the bag, the faster the welding speed.

2. Please prepare 2 AA alkaline batteries. Replace the batteries for new ones if the power is no longer sufficient.

3. Please do not use the device for heating for more than 3 minutes at a time. Please scrape off the residue on the heating part to achieve a better seal. Please slide the sliding lid back after use.

4. Please read the English user manual carefully and fully before using the device. Please pay attention to the sharp blade when using the device. Please keep it away from children daily.

5. The maximum temperature is 120°C/248°F, and it will melt if you press the same position for a long time.

6. Please allow slight colour difference due to the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind this before ordering.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
