4. About the hose: 59 inches is the length of the inner tube. To fully protect the inner tube, the outer tube is contracted in its natural state, so the whole tube looks less than 59 inches, when in use the outer tube can be stretched to be as long as the inner tube. In addition, due to hand cutting, the total length of the tube can be inaccurate, thank you for your understanding.
