Instructions :
1. Peel off: Use dry hands to peel off the peeling tape from the support card.
2. Apply: Look in the mirror and apply the sticky side of the strip to the teeth. Press lightly and adjust to secure the strap firmly to the teeth. Fold the remaining adhesive strips behind the teeth to keep them in place. Repeat another one.
3. Exposure: After 30 minutes, peel off the tape and dispose of it correctly.
