Maurten Solid 160 C is a double, chewable energy source based on oats and rice. A tasty and easily digestible “fuel”, low in fiber and rich in carbohydrates.
It is an easy source of energy for any moment: during daily commutes, on the way to the pool, in competition, during a break, or on your way home after training.
Dosage
Each package contains 2 small bars (2 x 27.5g) with 20g of carbohydrates per piece.
You can consume them together or save one for later.
Instructions of use
It is easily incorporated into your daily routine with training and races.
- Before: Can be consumed prior to training for carbohydrate intake while keeping fiber levels low. It is an excellent breakfast or snack before a race, as well as in the days leading up to it.
- During: An ideal energy source during endurance sports of low to moderate intensity that last over 2 hours. It helps add variety to fueling without affecting the rate of carbohydrate absorption.
- After: An excellent tool for rapid carbohydrate replenishment after tough training or racing.
