The small size fits 6"-6.5" wrists, the medium fits 6.75"-7.5" wrists, and the large fits 7.75"-9" wrists. To get your wrist size, measure where the arm meets the hand, with a soft tape measure, snug without adding extra, then choose the bracelet size that includes your actual wrist size. If you do not have a soft tape, use a piece of string or dental floss and measure it against a ruler.
