However, if there's an issue with your purchase that should need a return, (ie. damaged, not as described) please note that per eBay policy, the buyer MUST return the item in the same condition in which it was received. If the item is returned used, damaged caused by buyer, missing parts & or packaging or has torn packaging, sellers may deduct the loss in value from the amount refunded to the buyer. Used makeup cannot be resold per eBay policy, therefore you will only receive 1/2 of the refund. For your protection and for mine, ALL orders are photographed/recorded before, during, and after packaging. If an item is delivered damaged, please take photos, and go through eBay's return process or contact me for a resolution.

I only sell brand new, unused beauty products. This means that the products I sell have NEVER been used, sampled, tested, or swatched. They have never been opened unless briefly for photos. All my items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic as I only sell items acquired personally from my own purchases at national retail chains, (Sephora, Ulta) high-end department stores, (Nordstrom, Neiman) and other authorized sources (Boxycharm, Ipsy). I DO NOT purchase items from third parties to resell. This way I can guarantee the authenticity and track the freshness of my items. I am against selling used and or counterfeit beauty products, it is against eBay policy, unethical, un-hygienic and can be harmful.

There are no returns on beauty products as I cannot in good faith re-sell them due to health concerns, so please consider the item carefully and ask any questions before purchase. :-)

2.Some samples/trial size products are marked not for resale. And some come from a set which DO NOT have a box. 

3. Color Accuracy: While I try to represent the item's color as faithfully as possible, it's accuracy is not guaranteed due to variable lighting conditions and computer screen display settings, so if you're not sure, you might want to go to a retail store and look at one in person first. 

4. I DO NOT sell used products. Products May or may not come with seal. May or may not come full/filled, which varies with different brands. Any questions are welcome before purchasing.  

5. I DO NOT guarantee your satisfaction of the product. Everyone's skin is different and Results may vary. Products that work great for me, may be terrible for you. That is why I encourage you, to try and test the products at your local retail store or check out the manufacturer's website for additional shade/color photos before purchasing, to ensure you like the product and or choose the correct colors/shades.

6. NO RETURNS!! Please read description details thoroughly before purchasing! Unfortunately I cannot accept returns, especially on items that have been opened and or used. I'm just a single mom trying to make ends meet, and I would be out the cost of the product and the product itself, as they cannot be resold. Everything I sell, I paid either full retail or sales price for, or purchased through a subscription, and I am in no way a big business, retail store or get anything at wholesale prices. It would be a huge loss for me! 

7. No Cancellations after shipping label has already been paid for and printed, as it can take several days or weeks for the label to be refunded. Please be sure about the item before purchasing. 😊
