The test kit was easy and I was looking forward to getting results. But I did then the day before the freeze and so mailing was very delayed. I tried calling to get help on if I needed to redo the tests because of the delay and after calling them multiple times now over the past month I?ve yet to get anyone to pick up the phone or return my call from the messages I?ve left. I never figured out an email to write and ask questions. And so I didn?t want to redo the tests and send in money to a company that isn?t responding. So 2 stars for customer service. Otherwise I think I would be happy. The instructions were good and price was fair. Idk what the results turn around time or accuracy would be though.

The problem I found with this product is specific to the issue I was using it for. In order for this to work you have to be able to access where the mold is. There is an adhesive strip you have to place on the possible mold to get a sample. However, many times mold may be growing inside a wall, behind a cabinet or somewhere else you do not have access to and it can still be a health issue due to air born mold particles. This is the case with the possible mold problem I have, but nowhere in the information available online or even in the package is that clearly stated. It is only through reading the instructions once I bought the product that I determined this. I then called the help line provided and had it confirmed. So do not buy this unless you have direct access to where you believe the mold is growing. If, like me, you believe it is growing somewhere you do not have access to, you will have to buy very costly equipment or employ a mold detection company to determine if there is a mold problem or not.
