Our tart pans are made of food grade heavy carbon steel, smooth edge, not warp or bend out of shape, flutes side is very beautiful.
2. Are these tart pans hard to clean?
No, non-stick coating helps to clean easily, you can clean with warm soap water or dishwasher, but we would recommend hand washing, great for long-term use.
