- Wrap the air neck traction device around your neck with the valve facing left; adjust the shape/position of the inflatable layer then close it with straps.
- Ensure that rubber pad is correctly positioned before manually inflating.
- Pump manually until you reach a comfortable level or as per doctor's advice.
- The device can be used 2-3 times daily for up to 20-30 minutes each time (main traction force only lasts 1-3 minutes).
- After use, open ball valve gradually loosen deflation valve to let air out slowly.
- Start gently with mild medium traction force once or twice daily then continue with larger force when comfortable.
