Installation Instruction
1. Put the shoulder pad belt through the base of the shoulder straps of the backpack.
【2】Fasten the inner pad and the belt with Velcro.
3. Wrap the pad around the shoulder strap of the backpack.
4. Press the button at the 3 points to complete the installation.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
