* 4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread * ¼ cup chopped onion * 2 small tomatoes, chopped * ¼ tsp. salt * 1 package Knorr Bearnaise Sauce Mix * 1 cup milk * 1-¼ pounds London broil, boneless beef top round steak, grilled or broiled to desired doneness
##### Directions
**1.** Melt 1 Tbsp. of spread in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 2 minutes.
**2.** Add tomatoes and salt and cook 1 minute. Stir in Knorr Bearnaise Sauce Mix, milk, and remaining spread and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.
**3.** Serve with sliced steak.
