**Product description** **Size:** 8.26 X 5.9 (inch) **Produced by a company specializing in filtration manufacturing:** Using high-quality MB filters made by the Clean & Science and made in Korea. It is a KF94 mask officially certified by the Korean Food and Drug Administration and has 4 layers of protection. **CORRECT USE:** Please use mask correctly to avoid serious consequences caused by improper use 1\. Open and put on the respirator to cover your nose and chin 2\. Buckle the ear loop behind the ear for both sides. 3\. Adjust and press down the nose clip on the respirator to fit to cover your nose and mouth. Check for any air leakages **IMPORTANT SAFETY DETAILS:** This protective mask cannot generate oxygen and should not be used in hypoxic environments. Not intended as a replacement for gas masks and medical masks. Not for use if breathing is impeded or unsteady, or during sleep. If you are dizzy or if you are having difficulty breathing do not wear or use this mask. If you are a person with an asthmas condition, be careful wearing this mask. Masks are disposable and cannot be washed. Store in a dry and ventilated location 23ºF – 122ºF (-5ºC – 50ºC, relative humidity<80%).

Free Shipping

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
