I run a digital agency and we are involved in Gaming and cosplay I have a stable of gamers and cosplayers who were working for me at events their big complaint was that they could shut down after gaming or all night they did not get any sleep and were too tired to work. I was a little hesitant to try this because I was worried about how it would affect me but was willing to give it a go because it's all natural. I took a pill and was able to sleep through the night and woke up feeling so refreshed. In fact, I woke up before my alarm went off and I snooze a lot! I feel 100% comfortable taking these because they're natural and would recommend them to anyone!

Works (it's not magic, but it does work!) but gives me heartburn so I only use it "in case of emergency", like if I really need to sleep because I have a big day ahead of me. I find that the acid reflux is not as bad if I swallow it with water instead of letting it melt in my mouth.Bottom line is –– if you don't have acid reflux you should be fine and I recommend it! But if you get heartburn, avoid it, or only use it when you really need to like I do.

This stuff is great. I have taken Instasleep almost every night for the past 2 months and there has been no tolerance whatsoever--one is all you ever need. I don't have problems getting to sleep, but Instasleep helps keep me asleep all night so I don't need a pot of coffee to stay awake the next day. The quick melt tablet is nice so that I don't have to run to the kitchen for some water before bed.

They help me get to sleep witch is great because I otherwise wouldn't sleep for days, so why only 4 stars? Well, because for some reason they give me horrible nightmares. I guess different people react differently to sleep aids? On the brighter side at least I get a good ten hours of sleep. Overall I would buy this product again.

I have had the worst sleep problems for 20 years. About 2 months ago my prescription sleeping pills just stopped working. I don't know if I became resistant to them or what, but the insomnia that followed was awful. I have tried so many things and nothing worked. I literally felt ill every day. I read that at my age the melatonin in my body drops so I decided the least I could do was boost that. I did not expect this to help me sleep. But praise God - it did. My friend told me about this product and I was skeptical about it, especially about it not causing grogginess. I am a flight attendant and constantly have to get adjusted to different time zones, sometimes having a 4am airport pickup--not easy to fall asleep early to get a decent amount of sleep. All I can say is that this was a game changer for me. I don't go to work without it and take it when I am ready to sleep...and I stay asleep. It's great!
