made with real, Idaho-grown potatoes that are washed, peeled, boiled,
and mashed, and then fresh-dried, meaning the water is removed from the
freshly-made mashed potatoes. So when it comes time to reconstitute,
these instant mashed potatoes are able to deliver a natural, fresh
potato flavor and velvety texture without any of the associated hassle.
Serve as a hearty side to your beef, pork, or chicken entree, or use
them to create loaded mashed potatoes or mashed potato bowl stations,
complete with all the fixings! These mashed potatoes are also a great
addition to a variety of casseroles, and just one cup of prepared
Idahoan mashed potatoes is equivalent to one medium fresh potato. Try it

To
prepare, simply pour 1 gallon of boiling water into a 1/2 size 6" deep
steam table pan. Add an entire pouch of potatoes at once and use a spoon
or whip to distribute evenly and wet all of the potatoes. Let the
mixture stand for 60 seconds, stir well, and serve. For creamier mashed
potatoes, add in more boiling water.
