Please note that we accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in original condition with packaging. Upon opening a return request a return label will be provided for the item. After 30 days, we may not be able to accept a return on an item.
We ask that you take care in packing the item so we receive it in the condition it was sent in. Failure to properly pack the item will result in damage while in transit back to us. Should the merchandise become damaged due to inadequate packing, we will deduct the loss from the refund. It is extremely important these items are packed carefully when starting a return.
Physical damage to any product purchased will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. We are unable to honor our warranty on products that have been installed improperly.
