You can begin by soaking seeds from a couple hours to up to 24 hours to increase the germination rate.
Starting adenium seeds by preparing a container with a well-draining growing medium, like a perlite or sand and catus soil mix. Place the seed flat in the growing medium, just covering them with the growing medium. Water from below daily and from above once every three days until the seedlings appear.
Your desert rose plant seeds should germinate in one week, if the seeds are fresh. If they are not fresh, it may take longer (if at all). Once the seedlings appear, water only from below. In about a month, the seedlings will be large enough to transplant to a permanent container. The one thing that will kill these plants quickly is improper watering.

Depending on the type of seed, the controlled moisture and heat conditions within the bag can enable seeds to germinate in a few days.
Once the root is an inch or two long, it’s time to transfer it to potting soil. Don’t worry if some of your seeds don’t sprout, as this is to be expected.
Desert rose will bloom about seven to eight months after sowing, depending on the cultivation conditions. Provide them with the right soil mixture, proper sunlight, water requirements, and they can live for years. They would also be beautiful gifts for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Birthdays or any occasion that are grown from the heart.
