to Install Bit into Flex Shaft:
1. Insert the L key included into the hole at the collet side of the shaft.
⒉Unscrew the shaft collet nut.
⒊Insert bit into the shaft collet.
⒋Tighten shaft collet nut by L key.
How to Connect the Flex Shaft and Machine:
①Remove rotary tool collet nut, rotary top cap.
②Slide collet nut onto shaft core and insert shaft core into collet.
③Tighten collet nut to make sure the shaft core is tighten.
④Screw shaft connector onto the rotary tool.
Note:
▽When the flexible shaft works, the high-speed rotation of the shaft core in the flexible shaft will cause heat.
▽The more severe the bending of the flexible shaft, the more severe the heat will be, and even the hot shaft jacket.
Suggestion:
▷Minimize the bending degree, or try to stretch the flexible shaft when using flexible shaft, helps to extend the service life;
▷Inject some lubricating oil along the flexible axis for lubrication and heat dissipation when necessary.
▷Do not disassemble the flexible shaft with the electric machine so frequently.
Tips for use
When using this flexible shaft attachment, it is recommended that the speed be controlled at about 8000 rpm, and the continuous working time should not be too long, controlled at about half an hour, so that the service life of the shaft will be longer.
