Therefore, if you order more than one item from us, they may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days and from different carriers. Once you receive and RMA you MUST Return the Goods to address provided in the RMA WITHIN 14 DAYS of the date of the RMA. Failure to do so will indicate to us your decision to cancel the return request.

DAMAGED GOODS
