1.Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products can only be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. You may be asked to email photos in the case of damage. Returns won't be accepted after 30 days from delivery for any reason.
2.Please Note: "Defect" listings otherwise know as open box or new with defects items have a different return policy than regular stock products. There are no returns on ?Defect? listings items. If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, you must contact Enyu-Mussic within 1 business days of delivery. The buyer is always responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 30% restocking fee if damage is not due to shipping. They may have been returned by other customers or used as displays and are moderately damaged (such as cracks, scratches, or dents). 3. At our discretion, non-defective returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective returns will only be accepted in resalable condition with original packaging.

If mailing an item back to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product returns to Enyu-Music without shipping damage. Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Crossrock we take pride in our manufacturing process. Therefore, our products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and manufacturing.
However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport e.g airlines.
