Country Brook Petz' Martingale Heavy Duty Nylon Dog Collar and Double Handle Leash set are the perfect solution to your pup's pulling. Perfect for training, our martingale collar is designed to prevent your pup from slipping their head out of it. As your pet pulls, the collar will tighten without choking them. When the tension gives, so will the collar; the martingale will loosen when your dog stops struggling against it. The limited closure of the Martingale collar prevents it from becoming too tight. A no-slip, adjustable-choke collar is an excellent solution for hard-headed pups who slip out of their collars. Our collar and leash set create a secure experience for your dog. The silky smooth nylon loop of the leash slips over your hand, giving you a comfortable grip while walking your pet. A second handle is positioned closer to the snap hook, providing you with a traffic leash. It allows your pup to feel freedom when you want them to and control when you need to keep them from roaming; easily use this leash to keep your pupper close in crowded areas. Box stitching ensures strength for when your pup pulls against their leash. This set is washable, with mild detergent, and dries when laid out. We know that you want the best for your pets, that’s why we make all of our products here in the United States. Constructed with high grade snap hooks and nylon that reaches a tensile strength of 4,200 pounds, it ensures your puppy won’t break the leash. Our nylon is four times stronger than polypro leashes and will outlast them by many years. Please note: there are no standard sizes for dog collars. Be sure to measure your dog's neck for the correct size. Measure around your dog's neck (with string or tape measure) snugly where you want the collar to lay.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
