Follow these steps to season the mold before using for the first time your rosette:
1) Boil water in a pot
2) Place the rosette mold in the water and remove from heat
3) Let it sit in the boiling water until the water cools completely to room temperature.
4) Dry the mold COMPLETELY
5) Place the mold in hot oil (at frying temperature)
6) Remove the pot from the heat and let the mold rest in the oil overnight.
