Questions and answers:
1. The hot water is not hot, and the light is not on---dry boiling (the water is not in the heating tank before turning on the electric heating). The product needs to be filled with water before turning on the electric heating.
2. The cold water is not cold enough:
The first case: If the refrigeration light is normally on, the fan behind is running normally, blowing hot air, and the refrigeration is normal (electronic refrigeration is limited to 13 to 15℃). If the outdoor temperature reaches 40℃ to 45℃, the electronic refrigeration may fail. The most efficient room temperature for electronic refrigeration is 25℃, and this temperature can achieve the best refrigeration effect.
The second case: The fan does not turn, the light will not light up, and the unstable voltage in some places may cause the circuit board to burn out. This problem requires the replacement of the circuit board.
3. No water comes out---normally there is air in the new machine. You need to open the faucet or shake the water dispenser left and right to exhaust the air.
