What are the ingredients in BELA Soap? Our Bela Pure Natural Soaps contain Certified Sustainable Palm Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Aqua, Parfum (may contain essential oils), Sodium Gluconate, Salt, Vegetable Glycerin, Mineral Earth Pigments, Color Additives. How long will a BELA Soap natural soap bar last? Our soap will last much longer than you would think. It is triple-milled in the French tradition and triple-milled again for purity and smoothness. Once the soap goes through the double refiner, the process is complete. The result is a dense and long-lasting soap with a creamy lather and a fragrance that lasts until the final sliver is gone. Our soap bars are an excellent bath soap because they do not dissolve when in water. The natural soaps sold by other soap brands dissolve quickly. Our bars are dense and do not have air pockets in the soap, which allow the water to “melt” the soap bars. Exactly what is sustainable palm oil? Sustainable palm oil is a product of the fruit grown on the oil palm tree. The certified plantations are planet-friendly and do not infringe on the habitats of endangered wildlife. What are the benefits of BELA Soap bars? Of course, you are getting the most affordable natural soap made with the highest quality ingredients, but you are also getting spa-quality soap. Although natural soap is available in grocery stores and other retail shops, most is not of very good quality. We only use the finest ingredients, such as sustainable palm oils, Shea butter, and Vanilla beans. Of course, we never use chemicals, detergents, or animal products like sodium tallowate (processed animal fat) in our Vegan soap.

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
