POWERSTAR FOOD BCAA CAPS are easily swallowable capsules with the branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. BCAA's are one of the essential amino acids, which means that the body cannot produce them itself and depends on the supply through daily food. BCAA's have the same amino acid structure as about 35% of human muscle tissue. For BCAA CAPS, only the purest, synthetic BCAA are used in an optimally coordinated ratio of 2:1:1. BCAA's in the quickly available form are taken as a pre-workout supplement before training.

Ingredients: L-leucine (43%), L-isoleucine (21.5%), L-valine (21.5%), gelatin (capsule shell), vitamin B6, release agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Recommended use: 1 capsule per 15 kg body weight approx. Take 15-20 minutes before training with liquid. During a calorie reduced diet phase, 2 to 3 times a day, 1 capsule per 30 kg body weight additionally.
