On one side, it has a juice groove all around, in which liquids can collect that dissolve during cutting and carving. This keeps your kitchen unit sparkling clean and cleaning is child's play. The board is suitable for:

The bamboo board keeps any type of mat clean and does not slip. It also retains its shape even after intensive use. The material continues to absorb odours or discolouration and makes the ingredient preparation almost silent. The light weight is particularly noticeable when carrying and serving. In addition, the bamboo material is naturally antibacterial and therefore very hygienic.
The best thing about the board is the surface: this is extremely robust due to the dense cell structure, but at the same time protects the blades of your knives. This means that you will see very small cuts in the wood over time - these are not a sign of lack of quality, but testify to a gentle handling of your knives.
