The ZK06-UM RF low-noise amplifier excels across the 1-6 GHz range with broadband capability, low noise, and excellent flatness, delivering 21dB gain and a typical 18dBm OP1dB for reliable signal amplification. Powered via USB Type-C, its 80mA supply current offers flexibility—users can adjust the off-chip bias resistor to reduce power consumption as needed.
As a high-IP3, low-noise solution, it directly replaces QPL9503 and QPL9504 modules, while its built-in high PSRR LDO minimizes power noise, reducing the noise floor more effectively than conventional USB direct-feed modules.
Ideal as a 5.8GHz preamplifier for tinySA ULTRA, it addresses the limitation of the device's built-in LNA (effective only below 3.5GHz), significantly boosting high-frequency sensitivity for precise 5.8GHz measurements.
