Amino Vital: Amino Acid Supplement Based on Sports Science
This is a water-soluble supplement that contains 1000mg of five types of amino acids (BCAA + glutamine, arginine) that are important for exercise, and 3300mg of citric acid, which is an energy source.
Our bodies are about 60% water, and about half of them are made up of protein, or amino acids. Protein is an important component that is the basis of skin, hair, muscles, internal organs such as the digestive tract, blood, enzymes, hormones, etc. This protein is made up of only 20 types of amino acids, so it is important to properly consume these amino acids to build the foundations of the body.
You can also consume protein through your diet, but it generally takes 3 to 4 hours for it to be broken down and absorbed into the body. However, if you consume amino acids as is, there is no need to break them down, so they are absorbed immediately in about 30 minutes.
