Description
The AHT21 is a new - generation temperature and humidity sensor that sets new benchmarks in size and intelligence. Housed in a dual - row flat leadless SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, it has a 4 x 5mm base and a height of 1.6mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in the standard I2C format. It comes with a newly designed ASIC - specific chip, an enhanced MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity - sensing element, and a standard on - chip temperature - sensing element. Its performance has been significantly enhanced compared to previous - generation sensors, with improvements to ensure greater stability in harsh environments.

Before use, place the sensor in an environment with humidity greater than 80% for 12 hours to ensure accuracy restoration.
