You'll have a pretty good idea it's the pump if you hear a fast clicking sound instead of a humming sound before the spin cycle starts, and the washer displays the OE error code moments later. Check to make sure your drain hose isn't kinked and that the filter next to the drain hose isn't severely clogged. If neither is the issue, then it's likely a bad pump.
**Note: You can continue to operate the washer without the pump by manually draining it from the front hose outlet after seeing the error code, and restarting the spin cycle only (turn power off/on, and press SPIN SPEED). Just know that this is a tedious process that drains A LOT of water.
